Over Charging
rented a car from dollar deal was pick up full take back empty fuel will be charged at local rate average in the locality was $2.55 tank holds 20 gallons bill should have been $51.00 they have taken $160.00 dollars off my card what do I do, have sent three emails to dollar customer complaints no response
