2013 Dodge Dart 1.4t Dry Clutch Automatic Transmission

I Own A 2013 Dart Limited With The 1.4t And Dry Clutch Auto Trans. With 32k. My Dealership Is Replacing Trans By Order Of Chrysler. Will The New Transmission Have Any Upgrades As Compared To The One Being Replaced?
