Having More Trouble Out Of My Car And Frustrated. Noticed Oil On Spark Plugs

My car has been hesitating when the gas is pressed since we got it and we bought it new from the lot so i called and they told me if there wasn't a sensor indicating an issue then they can't do anything and said I was probably over reacting and it was nothing, so I listened to them and a few months ago is when the timing cover seal and the cranks seals had to be changed, well now the hesitating has gotten worse and even though the spark plugs were changed it is still doing it, even bigger issue is that there was oil on one of the spark plugs and according to a repair manual it could be a valve cover and other stuff, again the sensor isn't indicating anything so the local dealership doesn't want to mess with it, could someone please help me figure out what to do and if there is a recall on this car cause it is having way too many issues and it has been taken care of and maintenced regularly so i know i haven't caused any of this to happen, i am just frustrated cause they treat me like I am an idiot when i try to get them to look at it. any suggestions?
