2008 Grand Rear Lift Is Open,the Locking Mechanism Is Closed

rear lift door is open, lock mechanism is closed and cannot unlock with remote, all other doors will un lock and function, dash has lighting bolt for a time but goes off. No electrical codes were available on scanner.
