Pickup Not Starting

ive got a 2006 dodge pickup with a 4.7, when i turn the key it does nothing. i've tryed to disconnect battery, had the starter checked, any sugestions

It is a starter relay. also once replaced the vehicle has to be outside to get satelite reception to be reset. I know this sounds stupid, but it's true.
