Cooling System Problem 2006 Dodge Dakota 4.7 Liter (single Overhead Cam)v8

engine has a chronic overheating problem despite new radiator, new clutch fan, new water pump, new thermostat, new radiator cap (OEM).System has been flushed, refilled, bled (no air) and head gasket is OK. Any possibility changing ect sensor and/or egr valve would correct the problem?
