Where Is The Alternator Fuse Or Relay Location

had music wire located on alternator, was removing amp out the trunk,and the positive and negative wires where touching. it started smoking and the battery light came on when i started the car. i replaced alternator, but the light is still on. i cant find the fuse or relay for it.
