Rough And Intermittent Rough Idle Speeds. Drivers Side Cylinders Appear To Not B

drivers side cylinders do not seem to be firing strong at all. 180 Lbs of compression on pass and drivers side cylinders. Do i have a intake variable induction problem possibly? Please help!!
