The Volume On The Pay Per View Movies Is Super Low. Have I Missed Something?

Hi, I sm sorry that the volume is very low on the PPV movie and I would like to assist you. The only way I know to resolve this issue is to reset the receiver by unplugging it from the power for 10 seconds. This will interrupt your movie so you may want to wait until your movie is over. If this does not resolve the issue, please email me. Thank you!
