Hi, I am sorry you are having a problem with your TV being stuck on the Weather channel. I will be happy to assist you. There are two separate ways to access this channel but please try to access the guide by pressing the guide button on the upper right hand side of the remote. Does it pull up the guide? if not, it will mean you are in the interactive menu weather application and you will need to reset the receiver by unplugging it from the power for 10 seconds.
