Our Tv Remote Goes Ballistic When We Have It In Pvr. It Is Like Playing Russian

TV remote is no longer user friendly when we are in PVR. Jumps all over the place. Changed batteries to no avail. Do we need a new remot?

Hello rfpianoman, I will be happy to help you with the issue with the remote. Is this DVR for 1 or 2 TV's and does it happen for both? Have the batteries been replaced.? You can readdress the remote to see if this will help. Here are the steps.

Press system info on front receiver, Hold SAT button until all mode lights light up, Enter a # between 1&15, Press (#) once SAT blinks 3 times, press record button, If successful, # selected will appear on screen.
