Hi, I would be happy to assist you with formatting your TV picture correctly. On your DISH remote there is a " * " Star key under the number 7. This is a format button and when you press it will change to format of the TV through several different ones. Normal, grey bar, stretch and zoom. Press the button until you find the option that best fits your TV viewing experience and you will be all set. If you need anything else, please email me. Thank you!
