I would be happy to assist you with this. Please take the secondary remote to the receiver location. Press the menu button twice on the TV1 remote to pull up the system info screen. Once you're on the system info screen follow the steps below. Please email me at [email protected] with your account information if this does not resolve the issue so that we can help.

1. Press and hold the SAT button until all the lights are lit.

2. Enter any number 1-15 on the remote keypad.

3. Press the pound(#) button once.

4. Press the record button 3 times.

5. Select done on the TV1 remote to save the settings.
