How Do I Get Service To A Tv That Used To Have Service

three out of four of our tvs getting service, but one will not.  It used to but doesn't now

Hello Anonymous-46162, I am with DISH network customer service and here are somethings to try.

1. Tune the TV to channel 3 or 4 if there is a receiver near the TV and connceted with coax cable. If the receiver is in another room try channel 60 or 73.

2. If the TV is connected by a HDMI cable make sure the TV is on a HDMI output for the TV.

3. If you are using RCA cables, then the TV will need to be on a video input, usually Video 1 or 2.
