Password Shown On Playin'tv On Dish Network Doesn't Work For Online Games

Password shown on playin'tv on Dish Network doesn't work for online games. Called Dish Network, who told me to contact playin'tv because they just carry the channel. Have emailed playin'tv twice, but no answer. Tried the password from last month (which worked last month!!) and it doesn't work any more. HOW DO I GET A CURRENT PASSWORD FOR ONLINE GAMES?
