Hi, I would be happy to help! In order to readdress the remote to the satellite please press the system info button on the front of the receiver. You can also access the system info but selecting menu twice on the front of the receiver. Once you're on that screen please press and hold down the SAT button on the remote until all the lights are lit up. Enter any number 1 -15 on the remote keypad. Press the pound(#) button once and then press record 3 times. Select done with your remote and see if this allows you to change changes.
