New Remote Used For Tv 2 Turns Tv On Nothing Else Works

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your new TV2 remote. The remote will need to addressed to the receiver at the TV1 location before it will work.

Please take the TV2 remote to the TV1 location, where the receiver box is. With the TV1 remote, press Menu button twice. System Info Screen will be showing on the TV. Now, with TV2 remote, press the black and red record button three times.

Using TV1 remote, cancel back out to normal TV and then test the TV2 remote at that location. If you are still having an issue, please e-mail me directly. Thank you!
