Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with the TV2 remote. This remote is a UHF remote and can be affected by UHF interference with other electronic devices. You can try to unplug the receiver from the power for 10 seconds and then try to readdress the remote to the receiver again. I would recommend you setting up a UHF extender.
