Why Does It Say Unusable Signal When I Swap The Tv To Satelite?

i have an hdmi switch and i unplugged the end from the box into my computer, now when i go outside with the other tv on the same box and swap it to tv on channel 60 it brings up the channels but i cant change them, and when i hit satelite it says unusuable signal, help?

Hello, my name is Michael Hurst. I work for DISH Network Customer Service. I am happy to assist you with this. The unusable signal message that you are getting is this on TV1 or TV2? You may need to reprogram the remote to the receiver if you are unable to change channels. Please press the Menu button, select 6, 1, and 3. Once you are in System Info press and hold the SAT button until all the mode buttons on the remote light up. Release the SAT button. Then press the Record button 2 times.
