Hi there creeedenimk! My name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media department with DISH. After reviewing our most recent channel issues list, I don't see that we have been experiencing a problem with the local CBS station in AZ. What happens when you try to access the channel? Are you getting an error message? Please reset the receiver by unplugging it from the wall for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, plug it back in, allow it to power back on by itself. It will then acquire satellite signal and download the guide. Check if issue persists. If so, feel free to reach me at: [email protected] for further assistance.
