My Dishnetwork Control Wont Change The Channel

If this issue is happening on your TV2 remote please take that remote to the TV1 location, if this is happening on the TV1 remote stay at the receiver location. On the receiver press the system info button on the front left side. Once you are on the system info screen follow the steps listed below. 1. Press and hold down the SAT button until all the lights are lit.
2. Enter a number 1-15 on your remote key pad.
3. Press the pound(#) button once.
4. Press the record button 3 times.
5. You should see the number you pressed in the small white square on the screen. Select done
