This can be caused by one of the following issues; either the remote is no longer programmed to the receiver, there is interference or the batteries are dead. Please make sure that you have fresh batteries in the remote and that the antenna on the back of your receiver is connected tightly and pointed upright. You can find instructions to program the remote using the following link remember to take the TV2 remote to TV 1 to and use the steps provided in the link: http://www.mydish.com/support/program-non-922-to-receiver
