Hi there, Cheri Torres with DISH Network Customer Service here. I came across your post and wanted to see if I could help. The message that you’re receiving on your TV2 is not a DISH Network message. It sounds like your TV may either be on Digital channels or for some reason on the incorrect channel. The first step you are going to want to try since you have already tried unplugging the receiver is changing the channel to 73 and if you do not see a picture try channel 60. If you are still not seeing a picture on either channels the next step you will want to try is changing the modulator set up channel. In order to do this you will need to press them Menu button on your remote at TV1 location then 6(system setup), 1(installation) and 5(modulator setup). Once you are in the modulator set up screen you will need to scroll over to air/cable and switch the purple dot to which ever is not already highlighted. You will see the channel number under TV2 change from 60 to 73 or vice versa. Once you have changed the channel number you will want to select done then cancel out of all your menu screens. Go to the TV2 and try the channel number you changed the modulator set up to. If both options do not work you may need to run a channel scan on your TV2. In order to run a channel scan you have to go through your TV menus to find the correct options, you may need to contact your TV manufacture to have them walk your through the steps. I hope you find this information useful and if you have any other questions or concerns feel free to email me at [email protected]. :)
