Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with DISH service. The 530 message means that something is not connecting correctly within the system. You can check all the connections on the back of the receiver and make sure they are hand tight. Then follow the cables going to the wall and make sure that all the connections are hand tight. If you are still having an issue, you will need to contact DISH and we will need to send a technician. Thank you!
