How To Get Voice And Picture Back.

When the satellite is turned on and the tv is on the guide will come up on the screen but there is no voice and the screen goes dark. What can I do to remedy this? In the right hand upper corner of the screen there is this symbol --two dots --.

Hi, I am sorry that you are having this issue with your DISH picture. Have you tried to reset the receiver by unplugging it from the power outlet for 10 seconds? Does the problem reoccur? If you are still having an issue, please PM me directly and I will assist you furhter. Thank you!
