Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your satellite signal. The message you are receiving means that the receiver is not getting the satellite signal. Can you please try to reset the receiver by unplugging from the power for 10 seconds? If you are still having an issue please email me directly and I will assist you further. Thank you!
