Tv Or Dish?

This may be weird, but all of a sudden one tv only shows the picture and voice on certain channels and only the voice on others w/ black picture. Some dvr recordings work fine, others are black/no volume. Upstairs tv is perfectly fine - recordings work fine and all channels work. Could it be something w/ dish....or is it the tv?

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your video picture on your TV. Have you tried to reset the receiver by unplugging the receiver for 10 seconds and then allowing the reciever to reboot. Please let me know if this does not resolve your issue by emailing me directly. Thank you!
