How Can I Stop A Recorded Hd Program From Displaying On My Tv Screen

MY TV HAS SOMETHING BEING RECORDED ON EVERY CHANNEL I SELECT AND I HAVE A DISPLAY ON THE BOTTOM LIKE CC AND (HD) HOW CAN I STOP THIS PLEASE HELP IT IS ANNOYING. THANKS

Hello, my name is Matthew Gonzales with DISH Network customer service. If I understand the issue, it sounds like something is recording even though you do not want it to. In order to delete timers from the receiver you need to; press your DVR button three times. Then from the daily schedule go to "Timers" on the right-hand side and select it. From the timers list screen, it will show you everything on the left that is automatically set up to record. To delete the unwanted timers, you can highlight and select them, and then there will be an option on the right-hand side that says delete. When you select delete, it will ask you to confirm, select yes. Go through and delete everything you do not want to record on its own from the timers list. Hope this helps.
