Can't Find Signal

when dvr model vip612 is turned on i get an error message and a ref#0521 then i press ok and it goes to acquire satellite signal but it never finds one. the other two tvs work fine

Hello Daniel Busa with Dish Network's customer service. That message along with the reference number 0521 is usually a good sign your hard drive has failed. If you have unplugged it and plugged it back in and it persists you need a new reciever. You can e-mail me concerning this at:d [email protected]
