When I Press Select To Turn On Tv, Nothing Happens. Just A Gray Screen?

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your TV picture and I will be happy to assist. First, please press and release the SAT button on the top left side of the remote and try the select again. If it is still not working, please verify that the TV itself is powered on and then press the select button on the right hand side receiver front panel, behind the drop down door. If this resolves the problem, then we will need to readdress the remote to the receiver. Please email me directly and I will assist you further. Thank you!
