Hi my name is Mike Houston a Social Media Representative at DISH. I see your TV2 will not turn on and I am happy to help you today. When you press the SAT button on the remote and the big red power button, do you see our DISH screen saver? If not, make sure the remote antenna on the back of the receiver is secured tight and pointing up. After that, the TV2 remote will need to be reprogrammed.
