How Do I Do A 'channel Scan' So It Doesn't Skip Over Channels I Have, While Arro

How do I do a "channel scan" so it doesn't skip over channels that I have, while arrowing up and down to browse channels? All my channels are working, but when I'm arrowing up and down it goes from Channel 183, to 194. Skipping all the channels in between. I have the channels as part of my plan, & I can get to them by manually typing in the channels, such as 184, to get to Animal Planet.   Is there a button to push on the remote to fix this??? I've called Dish Network 4 times, and no one understands my question!

I would be more than happy to assist you with this!  This is a feature in the guide that allows you to view channels from a favorites list while filtering out undesired channels. Bring up the guide, in the upper left hand corner you'll see the name of the list it's on you want to have it on all sub, press the guide button repeatedly and it should read all sub in the top left corner. This will filter the guide to show all of the channels you are subscribed to.
