Bad Picture From Dish Network On Tv Connected Thru Rf Modulator

I just switched from cable to Dish Network. My main tv is an older Magnovox and is connected to Dish through an rf modulator. This tv got a great picture on cable, but gets a terrible picture now that I'm on Dish Network. It's always been connected thru the rf moduclator, both on cable & Dish. My second tv in the bedroom gets a great picture. How can I get a better picture on the Magnovox?

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with the TV picture in your home. When there is an RF Modulator between the TV and the receiver, a lot of things can cause this issue. Any loose connection from the receiver to the TV. Also the TV needs to be set to a specific channel, which has to match the modulator set-up channel in the receiver itself. This type of issue is difficult to Troubleshoot without having interaction between the a technician and a person at the TV itself.
