Why Are My Local Channels Missing?

My favorite local channels are missing and if negotiations with Raycom are not settled soon in a favorable way, I will discontinue my business with Dish Network. It is not fair that we are not receiving local channels which is more pertinent for Hawaii residents especially in this hurricaine season. For Raycom...why are you charging more to Dish Network than to other competing companies? That is not fair! Sincerely, Mrs. Sharon Wilkinson

We would hate to lose you as a customer! Switching your TV provider is not the answer. All pay-TV providers face disputes with program providers. In fact DirecTV and other have gone through similar issues with other programmers in the last year. Switching only encourages programmers to raise rate demands and drives up the costs for everyone. We hope Raycom will embrace a reasonable attitude about price increases and viewer habits, so we can keep those channels on DISH.
