I have tried to access my account (8255110320034269) and recieve notice that it not my account number, As I pay online direct to bank, I have not received a monthly statement for my account in the last year. How do I access my account online

Hello, Tommy Faust with DISH Network Customer Service. You can always call in and request a copy of your statement to be mailed. You can also try the link here https://customersupport.dishnetwork.com/customercare/usermanagement/prepOnlineIdPasswordOption.do to reset/retrieve username/password.
