Unit Is Plugged-in And Nothing Happens When Turned On.

Hi, this model has a thermal protective device that shuts the power off if the motor overheats. Unplug the vacuum from the wall for at least 30 minutes, then plug it in and try to turn it on again.
If it still won't turn on at all, contact Dirt Devil's service department at 1-800-321-1134.
