Dwealth Dcb101 Charger
the red light come on for a brief second when I first put battery in, but goes off and doesn't charge, see a lot of other stuff, but not like this, please help

The brief light is just a indicator that it's charging. Leave it for a few hours then come back. It should be fully charged if not you may need to troublshoot and/or purchase a new one.
