Buddy Pass Problem!! Need Help

I am trying to gve a Buddy pass to my family friend they r planning to fly from Chicago to Dubai on march 30th return back on apirl 08th but the system keep rejecting the booking the system says as follows "There was an error processing your reservation;unable to book flight ,Business Fault Exception. !! Can pl advice what has to be done. thanx in advance.
