Delta Does Nothing For Customer Complaints~history Of Being 'sorry!'

I don't care what your problem or complaint is with Delta, they will hand you nothing but a line of crap. Sorry this, sorry that, is all you're going to get. Delta doesn't believe in making things right with customers, which is why they're the lowest rated airlines. Don't risk a bad experience, fly with a different company!

Not sure what your question is, but if you desire recourse against Delta, you can complain to the Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs, at 404-651-8600.
