I Need To Check On Status Of Refund For A Cancelled Flight.

Ticket #0067870860071 from a flight cancelled Feb. 11, I received this email on 03/10: Dear Mr. O’Neill,RE: Case Number 2806644Thank you for your follow up. On behalf of everyone at Delta Air Lines,I am truly sorry you had to contact us again. As mentioned in my previous response, the refund for ticket 0067867328540 has been processed on February 09. Please know that although it normally takes approximately 7 business days after handling for an adjustment to be applied to a credit card, it may then take up to2 billing cycles for the adjustment to appear on the credit card statement.Mr. O’Neill, again, I apologize for the trouble.
