Where Is Dell Data Safe Allegedly Storing My Files?
I purchased a new Dell laptop in March 2015 and Dell Back Up and Recovery in, April 2015; however, I continue to receive messages from Dell Data Safe online which no longer exists. I am receiving auto notices that back up has been completed even as recently as this morning. My questions; Is a back up actually being done? If so where are the files stored? And finally how do I delete my account for dell data safe online? I emailed Dell support and received a generic reply addressed to someone other than me, which said that my issue had been resolved...no, my questions weren't answered so how was my issue resolved? More communication to Dell Support (total of 6 times) and have received no reply. Read receipts prove that the messages were read. Help

This issue needs to be resolved with Dell, and I understand you've been trying to do that. Dell's personal customer support is way below standard, as you've discovered. Here are the steps I recommend, which should be taken in order until resolution.
1. Phone Dell. See the contact information here: https://www.contacthelp.com/Dell/customer-service. If necessary insist (politely) on speaking to a supervisor.
2. Phone or write corporate. Phoning is easier but writing is usually more effective. If you write, include the details of your previous efforts. I've appended corporate contact information below.
3. If necessary, complain to the Texas Consumer Protection Division at 512-463-2185.
