Problem During Installation Of Audio And Bluetooth Drivers ?

I have purchased new dell vostro dell vostro 1550 2nd generation i3 and i have installed xp service pack 3 but i am having problem during installation of audio and  Bluetooth drivers. so suggest me ans.
