Hello Asafalyatri,
I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
On the task bar at the bottom right of the main desktop screen, Bluetooth icon is located. Use your mouse pointer to click on the icon and a window will appear with a list of options.
Select "Turn Bluetooth On" from the list of options in the window. The icon will then light up and Bluetooth will then be enabled.
If you are unable to locate the icon on the task bar, check in device manager if the device is detected and the driver has been installed correctly. Make sure there is no “X” or an exclamation mark on the line item.
