Based on my research, there is no available Windows 8 Bluetooth Driver software for your Dell Vostro 1015 laptop. The available driver is compatible with Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP and Linux Operating Systems. Here's the link to the download page.

Dell vostro1015 has not been tested with Windows 8 as of now. Once it is tested, BIOS and Drivers would get uploaded on the driver’s page.
