No Wireless Networks Were Found In Range
I have a laptop Dell vostro 1014. but My wireless can't use
it informs "No wireless networks were found in range

This may be a silly question.... but are you near any wireless access points?
If you're seeing nothing where you are I would go drive by the local Starbucks and try it from the parking lot.
Assuming that the laptop's wifi is enabled you should see the Starbucks access point pop up.
If not then you have either a driver issue, a wireless hardware issue, or maybe a bad internal antenna.
You quickest fix will be to take it to a repair shop and have them run a diagnosis.
