Dell 1535 Charge Problem
I have a dell 1535. The green light on the charger is on when its not plugged into the computer. once I plug it into the computer it goes off and will not accept a charge. I bought a new charger and battery and still have the same problem. The computer is dead and will not charge. what is the problem??

Am sorry to hear about the trouble that you're experiencing with the Adapter. When did the issue started? Can you check the socket wherein the adapter is being plugged if it's all in tact and the pin is not bent. If you already have tried using a new adapter and battery and still not working, Issue may have with the Mother Board. Can you send me your email for a more secure conversation. The issue is going to be the board itself. Given the year it was made I doubt it is under warranty. Normally it is cheaper to buy a new one than replace the board, although you might be able to find a used one and get a local pc tech to replace it for you. You can find cheap refurb laptops at www.amazon.com www.newegg.com www.woot.com
