Hi Commandoboy,

I'm regret to inform you that factory image can’t be downloaded since it comes pre-installed on the computer. If you have not formatted the system, then please click on the below mentioned link to know the steps to restore the computer to factory:

Greetings - Depending on your dell model and computer type, factory images are normally stored inside the computer hard drive within a partition called 'Recovery Partition' and can be accessed/ivoke (whenever need be) by the use of a combination of keys or so at start up. You can repost including both your computer's model number and type (laptop/desktop) and we will gladly try to further help.
