Dell Power Edge 2800

Dear friends, My server is not boot permanently. I have got below error from my server. e0876 ps 1 status, ps 1 AC lost e0880 ps redundancy lost e0000 overflw check log

The E0876 means that power supply 1 has lost AC input. For this you need to check and ensure that the power cable going from the wall to the power supply is secure. It is safe to unplug it, make sure the cable is not damaged, and then plug it back into the power supply and the wall outlet.

If the error continues, then you may want to actually slide the entire power supply out and then back in, making sure it itself is nice and secure.

The E0880, is just saying that since one power supply is offline, you are now only running off of one power supply instead of 2.

The E0000, means that there are more errors to display, but the front LCD can only display a max of 3. So you will need to boot to the CTRL+E BMC BIOS and look at the event log to see what the other errors are.
