Ctrl/f11 Will Not Start Recovery

My E6530 W7 Prof. failed, now will not reboot to windows, Ctrl/F11 will not start recovery (tried many times) and I have no Restore images. What do I do now??

It sadly must be that the image have either gone corrupt or delete ( the later is the most likely seeing the model comes with Win Vista preloaded). At this stage, you can borrow a Windows disc from a friend or request backup discs from Dell.

If you have no recovery images than you have to install a new windows and than the system will works.
