Hi How Do I Remove The Pass The Dell Secure Manager Password

If you can't log in it may require reinstalling Windows. 

You can reset it (assuming you know the old one) from the Dell ControlPoint Security Manager screen. 

If you don't know the password you can try (as a last resort) uninstalling ControlPoint but that may not work. 

It's designed to protect the laptop from theft after all. If you still can't get in you'll need to call Dell tech support to get it reset
